By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients and anyone who interacts with Kerala Digital Park LLP ("KDP", "we", "us").

KDP provides digital services including web development, app development, ecommerce development, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, hosting and related services.

The scope, timeline and cost of services are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Work does not begin until a written agreement or purchase order is in place.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins with the balance due on or before delivery.

Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding amount is settled.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. International clients may be invoiced in USD or AUD by agreement.

Upon full payment, all custom work created for you — including designs, code and content — becomes your property.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets used in your project (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their own licences. We will inform you of any licence requirements before using them.

Our own internal tools, frameworks and processes remain the property of KDP regardless of what project they are used in.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and any content or materials needed to complete the project.

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may affect the agreed timeline. We will notify you if this happens.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you provide to us does not infringe third-party rights.

Where we provide hosting services, uptime is subject to the performance of the underlying server infrastructure (Contabo, DigitalOcean). We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it.

We are not liable for data loss caused by server failure beyond our control. Backups are maintained but restoration is on a best-effort basis.

Hosting services continue on a monthly or annual basis as agreed. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

KDP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services or the products we build.

Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms or tools that form part of your solution (payment gateways, hosting providers, APIs).

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

We do not share your business data, credentials or project details with outside parties except as required to deliver the service (such as hosting providers).

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is payable.

We reserve the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client acts in bad faith, fails to pay or violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
